Alexander Johnson handled everything about the closing of our house in Oakland Park. We sold the house in a private sale, and the buyers wanted to close when we were traveling. Best experience I've ever had with a lawyer! Highly-recommended! 5.0 stars. Mr. Johnson is one of those few lawyers whom you can really trust. I really lucked out, because I found him in the phone book, but now I am recommending him to everybody! He took care of every little detail of the sale of my house and was very careful to make sure that I was not taken advantage of by the powerful Buyer. He made the process go smoothly and was VERY FAIR and HONEST with his legal fees. I have felt taken advantage of by other lawyers in the past, but Mr. Johnson is a real credit to his profession. Wish all lawyers had his integrity!

Real Estate Case for Real Estate Investors. 5.0 stars . Alexander closed on a few of my Florida real estate deals and I would highly recommend him to other real estate investors. He is a knowledgeable attorney that understands creative real estate investing and works well with wholesale/flip, lease/option, short sale investors.
